as we all know, healthy is very important to everybody.but do you really know how to stay healthy?

here are some useful tips. first, we should do exercise if we have time.for example, we can go to swim in the summer holiday. or we can take a walk after supper.doing exercise makes us healthy and strong. second, we should take more vegetables and fruit and less candies. stop eating junk food and drinking beers. last but not least, we should go to bed early and wake up early. we should have enough sleep, or we will get sleepy in the day time. if we pay more attention to the tips above, we will have healthier body. i wish everybody has a strong and healthy body.

there are many people who think that wealth is better than health. i used to think so until one day i read a story about howard hughes. he was an american billionaire who got anything he wanted. however, in the last twenty years of his life, his health began to deteriorate and he was miserable. he had the best doctors and nurses. however, he could still find no relief. i realized that health is worth all the money in the world. if you have millions of dollars but your health is poor, you will not be able to do what you want to do. so i would like to say don't hurt yourself trying to make money. instead take care of your body and be happy with what you do have. health is more important.

today, when i was chatting with my cousin, i didn't know how to talk about mental health.

professor jiang of the education class tells us not only to pay attention to physical health, but also to health. teacher jiang had told me that the exam was not terrible, that i would cry and i would overcome jealousy. these things, when i run into those situations, i feel no pressure. cousin says they also have a course called mental health, and the most interesting thing is that their teacher has an unconscious ability to hypnotize. at one point, the teacher showed up. the teacher put them on the desk and relaxed. then put some light-hearted music in your mouth and whisper some of the leading words. cousin and they feel their sense of control, the in the mind feel arrogant and ears echoed with the teacher's words, but don't know say what. in the end, one of their classmates fell asleep on the spot. the other students fell asleep.

when i heard it, it was amazing that if i had grown up, i would have learned that skill.

01慈悲聚焦疗法

慈悲聚焦疗法(compassiorrfocused therapy, cft)是由英国德比大学uilbert教授设计的一种心理疗法。慈悲是佛教的基本要义之一,也是四无量心的基础。cft借鉴佛教慈悲的概念并吸纳进化心理学(evolutionary psychology)的核心思想。进化心理学认为人的情感至少有三种调节系统,分别是威胁保护系统(threat protection system)、动力系统(drive system)和满足系统(contentment system),三者的不平衡可导致不良情绪的持续发生。

通过慈悲心训练,帮助人们平衡三种情绪调节系统,培养对自我和他人的同情和慈悲心,减少耻辱和自我批评,达到缓解精神压力的作用。培养这种富有慈悲心的思考模式可帮助人们从其他角度出发理解世界、自己与他人,认识逻辑思考不是思维的全部,人与人之间的帮助、支持和爱护应在“证据”之前。羞耻感和自我批评在多种心理疾病中扮演着重要角色,如双向情感障碍、精神分裂症、ptsd、进食障碍、自残行为、自杀,等等。uilbert在多年的临床中发现,心理疾病患者的羞耻感和自我批评往往使心理治疗停滞不前。

cft治疗针对的是容易产生羞耻感和自我批评的人群,帮助他们建立人与人之间和睦的关系,从而感受到内心的温暖与舒适。目前cft在多种心理疾病的干预中己取得一定的疗效。在一项观察cft对人格障碍的治疗效果的研究中,8名受试者接受16周的cft治疗后,羞耻感显著下降,抑郁压力量表(depression anxiety and stress scale,dass)的核心指标都有明显改善,且一年后随访仍有持续改善的趋势。lincoln等探究了cft对偏执症状的影响,结果发现cft干预组受试者的偏执症状和消极情绪比对照组减轻,且自尊心得到提升。beaumont等通过研究发现以创伤为中心的认知行为疗法(trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy,cf-cbt)联合cft比单独应用前者在减轻精神创伤所引起的焦虑和抑郁症状方面效果更加明显。

cft是佛教哲学、神经科学、社会学和进化心理学的整合,强调慈悲心和同情心在心理治疗中的重要性,且在治疗过程中通过激发个体内心的安全感和温暖,使威胁保护系统得到舒缓,从而获得内心的平静和安宁。

02慈心禅

慈心禅(loving-kindness meditation, lkm)是一种旨在增强对自己和他人包容和慈爱的心理训练疗法。慈,梵语mend,南传巴利文《大藏经》在《小部慈经》中对慈的概念作以解释,即愿一切众生无身体与精神的痛苦的思想。lkm是在正念疗法基础上发展而来的一种心理训练疗法,与正念疗法不同的是lkm侧重以无声的形式表达自己对他人包容、理解和慈爱之心,不带有任何负面的判断和评价。在lkm过程中,参与者在安静的冥想中把注意力放在生活中的某个有正面印象的人,并在内心给予那个人仁爱的祝福,如“希望你健康”、“希望你快乐”、“希望你人生一帆风顺”,参与者体会发自内心祝愿他人时内心的感受,然后参与者在冥想中把注意力集中于自己、无正面与负面的中性的人以及曾经对自己造成困难和伤害的人,并同样给予这些人仁爱的祝福,并感受内心的变化。

目前lkm作为心理疗法对精神疾病影响的研究己引起学术界的关注,慈心禅也具有辅助治疗ptsd的前景。kearney等为观察lkm对ptsd症状的影响,纳入42名被诊断为ptsd的退伍军人,在一家大型退伍军人医院对受试者进行为期12周的lkm课程,研究发现受试者对lkm疗法的依从性较好,70%以上的受试者完成了9周一12周的lkm训练课程,80%以上的受试者进行了3个月的随访,lkm课程结束后3个月受试者ptsd症状有明显的改善,抑郁症状也有一定程度的改善。但试验期间有3名受试者接受住院精神治疗,这几位患者均有长期严重的ptsd病史且有自杀倾向。一项lkm对18名具有典型阴性症状的精神分裂症谱系障碍患者的初步干预研究表明,患者接受每周1小时,历时6周以及一次lkm回顾课的培训后,患者的阴性症状减轻,积极情绪和心理复原力(心理幸福感、生活满意度、希望)得到提升少。

hofmann等探讨了lkm对情绪障碍患者的影响,患者的认知能力、接受度、忍耐度、包容性等得到提高,抑郁症状有明显的改善,研究者认为抑郁症的积极和消极影响并非对立的两面,与其他疗法旨在缓解抑郁症的消极影响相比,lkm培训则提高了患者自我调节情绪的能力。人的本质是社会性的,朝向他人的积极情绪(包容与仁爱)能够改善人际关系,促进自我接纳,更好地应对应激和压力事件。有研究表明,lkm能增加内心积极情绪和身体与心理的健康资源,从而提升内心幸福感。——《与自己和解:用禅的智慧治疗神经症》
